The Basic Bath & Brush includes bathing, drying, nail trimming, brushing, and ear cleaning. The Full-Service Groom includes all that plus a customized haircut, paw and sanitary trimming, and light de-matting.

Absolutely. We use only natural, hypoallergenic, pet-safe shampoos and conditioners, with special options for sensitive skin, fleas, and ticks. Specialty products can be requested based on your pet’s needs.

Mild matting can be resolved with careful brushing or trimming. Severe matting may require a full or partial shave to prevent skin irritation. We will always inform you before proceeding and may ask you to sign a consent form.

Yes, we accept senior pets and pets with special needs, but they must be cleared by a veterinarian for grooming. Please disclose any health conditions on the intake form so we can accommodate them properly and ensure safety.

To ensure a stress-free environment and minimize distractions, we ask that owners drop off their pets or wait in designated areas. For mobile grooming, you may observe from a safe distance but are not permitted inside the vehicle for safety reasons.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will incur a $25 fee. Frequent no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
