By submitting any booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Worthey Pet Care does not require a deposit to reserve your appointment. We believe in offering flexible, trusted service — however, out of respect for our team’s time and scheduling commitments, we ask that all cancellations or changes be made in a timely manner.

Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their appointment at no charge, provided that the request is made at least 30minutes in advance of the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a last-minute cancellation fee of $25.
No-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may result in booking restrictions or account flags.
